1. The service
El Trono creates digital tools and products. Each product performs a defined job and delivers a result such as a calculation, report, document, file, publication or scheduled delivery. Its exact scope, features and usage allowance are shown before payment.
Automation and artificial intelligence may be part of the process, but outputs are not professional advice and are not guaranteed to be infallible.
2. Preview, price and purchase
- A preview may be partial and exists to demonstrate value before purchase.
- Some products use pay-what-you-want pricing from a configured minimum.
- Prices are configured by product and market. Interface language does not determine country, currency or payment provider.
- The server validates product, market, currency and amount again before creating checkout.
3. What you receive
A purchase grants only the product-specific right shown at checkout: a result, publication, delivery or limited number of runs. A one-time payment does not imply unlimited use unless explicitly stated.
Access starts only after the payment provider confirms payment and El Trono activates the entitlement. A success redirect is not payment confirmation.
4. Delivery and failures
Results are delivered on screen, in the account, through a file, URL or the channel described by the product. If an internal failure consumes a run without delivering a result, that run is restored or the purchase is corrected without charging again.
5. Acceptable use
El Trono may not be used for illegal content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, sexual exploitation, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to bypass security. We may block a run, remove a public result or restrict an account when reasonably necessary.
6. Payments and refunds
Full card details are handled by the payment provider. Pending, rejected or cancelled payments do not activate a product. Refunds and chargebacks may revoke the related entitlement.
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by applicable law and the product’s execution status. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and approved payments that fail to deliver because of an El Trono fault will be corrected.
7. Privacy
Results are private by default unless a product offers and the user chooses public or unlisted publication. See the Privacy Policy.
